  We arrived around 10pm two days after Xmas. The reservation was for 2 people (2 queen beds) but we had four. The front desk lady demanded 30 additional in cash - which was fine. However, upon our gentle inquiry of a specific rule for this charge, she immediately turned grumpy and agitated. It wasn't very pleasant. Room was also a bit worn out. Coffee machine was completely dusted.
